By accessing or using the Dawnwell website at dawnwell.co (the “Site”) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our Site or purchase our products.

Dawnwell LLC (“Dawnwell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

All products listed on our Site are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. You should consult with a healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen, especially if you have a medical condition or are taking medication.

Prices for our products are listed on the Site in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. We make every effort to display product information accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site is complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment is processed at the time of order through our secure third-party payment processor. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. Shipping times and costs are estimated at checkout and may vary based on location and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at founder@dawnwell.co and we will either replace the product or issue a full refund, at our discretion.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging. Opened products may be returned; however, we reserve the right to limit returns to one per customer per product. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.

If you enroll in a subscription (Subscribe & Save), you authorize us to charge your payment method at the selected interval (monthly or bi-monthly) until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle. No cancellation fees apply.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Dawnwell LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our express written permission. The “Dawnwell” name, logo, and all related names, logos, product names, and service names are trademarks of Dawnwell LLC.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dawnwell LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site or our products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Our products are dietary supplements and are not substitutes for a balanced diet, regular exercise, or professional medical advice. We make no warranties regarding the results that may be obtained from the use of our products.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
